Operation Christmas Child

Play your part this Christmas....

Christmas is my favourite time of year, I love everything about it; the decorations, how magical it is, the cold weather and wrapping up warm, I love Christmas shopping  and my favourite part is waking up on Christmas morning, wearing new clothes, opening and giving presents, seeing all of my family and eating Christmas Dinner. But sometimes we forget the meaning of Christmas, we forget that not everybody is as lucky as us and we forget to help others and be generous. There is a charity that supports less fortunate children and makes their Christmas more enjoyable and brighter by sending them shoeboxes filled with small, inexpensive gifts. Its a really easy way to make others happy this Christmas, so make sure you get involved with Operation Christmas Child.

weekend wish

This weekend I would love this leopard print ponyskin clutch by Jerome Dreyfuss.
Leopard print can be very versatile and pairs well with most colours, especially black.

At £339.00 this clutch bag is quite expensive, so a more affordable version would be this River Island one at £18.00

Tiffy wears…
For an effortlessly chic dressed up outfit, Tiffy would use either clutch bag to finish a pair of black fitted trousers, a tan loose top and a pair of black heeled ankle boots, to create an elegant evening outfit.
Or
Allow this leopard print clutch to make a maximum impact in a monochrome daytime look  – pair it with black leather (look) trousers, a white billowy blouse, black boots and a black blazer.

I think both the bags are a great way to add a striking edge to any outfit (daytime or night time) and they are both so similar. I prefer the structure of the River Island clutch as it features an asymmetric zip, which offers a touch of detail, but the print on the Jerome Dreyfuss clutch is more realistic and the ponyskin makes it more luxurious. Also, I love the fact that either bag can be worn day or night and both are extremely versatile and because the leopard print is in classic colours they can be worn again and again without going out of style.

p.s. Which bag do you prefer? How would you style it?

December 13th

This River Island bag consists of neutral shades, so can be paired with most other colours well, without clashing. This makes the bag a good investment as you would be able to work it into most outfits. Also, the bag has a very structured frame and would perfectly top off a smart/casual look.

How tiffy would wear it...
Tiffy would use this bag to finish a casual yet polished look. Maybe dark skinny jeans, a beige oversized jumper and a statement necklace with a pair of pointed toes nude flats and hair in a casual ponytail.

weekend wish

This weekend I would love these off-white Maiyet ankle boots.

Stand out from a sea of dark and dull palettes of winter boots with these Maiyet block heel ankle boots.
Maiyet
A change from the usual dark winter boots, the luxe, light-coloured alternative offers a touch of uniqueness and softness.
At £705  these boots are painfully expensive, so a more reasonably-priced version is this pair from Topshop  at £95.
I love both of the boots, the colour and style add a chic feel. The off-white, cream hues are completely different to typical winter boots, but that is what makes both pairs so special and unique.
Also, the block heel means that these boots are perfect for dressing up or to top off a causal outfit.
Tiffy would use these boots to style  light grey jeans, a white or cream bow blouse with ruffles and a cream blazer and an over sized cream bag.

P.s. What do you think of these boots? what would you pair them with?
